Children’s Participation in Concerts and Galas:

• Children are welcome to attend our concert and gala events; there is no age restriction.
• No separate children’s organization will be provided during these events.

Baby and Childcare Services:

• We offer a paid professional babysitting service at our facility.
• The baby care service is available for children aged 1 and above.
• Reservations must be made during your stay and are subject to availability.
• Babysitting service is provided once a day, up to a maximum of 3 consecutive hours.

Babysitting Service Hours and Fees:

• Standard hours (09:00 – 23:00):
• At the Kids Club: €15 per hour per child
• In the guest room: €30 per hour per child
• Special hours (23:00 – 02:00):
• At the Kids Club or in the guest room: €40 per hour per child

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES

• Concert and gala events do not include food service.
• Beverage service will be provided within the all-inclusive concept during the event.
• The venue will have a bar-bistro style seating arrangement.
• The first two rows of bistros are chargeable and require a reservation, which can be made after check-in.
• Private lounges are available.
• Bistro-bar areas at the back are free of charge and do not require a reservation.
• The door opening time for the event day will be announced separately.
